Just a few minutes ago (April 9, 2025), President Trump calls upon Federal Agencies to rescind unlawful regulations based upon 10 U.S. Supreme Court decisions.
The declaration states that Departments and Agencies are to review rules for legality under ten watershed decisions – including Loper Bright, which overturned the longstanding Chevron doctrine.
