Just moments ago the Accountability in Higher Education and Access through Demand-driven Workforce Pell (AHEAD) Committee just achieved consensus (with all individuals but one fully supporting the final work product and one Non-Federal negotiator not opposing the regulation as drafted by the AHEAD Committee.
