CVTA Members,

The largest association of professional truck driver training schools, CVTA, has established a new partnership with CDLLife, the largest digital publisher in the trucking sector. CDLLife Student will strengthen the connection between prospective drivers and CVTA member training programs.

Introducing ‘CDLLife Student’—powered by CVTA

CVTA and all member schools are now positioned within one of the largest digital audiences in the trucking industry, placing your programs directly in front of prospective drivers as they actively explore training options.

CDLLife’s platform reaches millions across social, web, and email channels, creating consistent visibility and meaningful engagement that CVTA members have a great opportunity to capitalize on.

Here are some of the CDLLife stats:

  • 20M+ monthly social media reach across the CDLLife network
  • 2.9M+ engaged followers across social platforms
  • 56M+ annual page views on CDLLife’s news and content site
  • 617K+ active email subscribers within CDLLife’s audience
  • Ongoing social promotion and content amplification across CDLLife channels
  • Direct exposure to one of the largest online communities of prospective and active truck drivers

CDLLife Registration

Through this partnership, CVTA member schools will be included in the CDLLife School Directory with an identifying ‘CVTA Member’ badge, and featured in CVTA blogs and content served exclusively to the CDLLife Student content page.

This directory is a student-facing platform that connects CDL candidates with training providers. CDLLife Student creates an additional, structured pathway for prospective drivers to engage directly with CVTA members at the point when they are evaluating training options.

Participation is elective and available at no cost for CVTA members, needing only a brief registration. To complete your listing, you will need:

  • School name, address, and contact information
  • Website and logo
  • CDL classes offered (Class A, Class B)
  • Certifications offered (e.g., Passenger, Hazmat, School Bus)
  • Training format info (in-person, behind-the-wheel, etc.)

This partnership reflects CVTA’s broader commitment to supporting member schools not only through advocacy and policy engagement but also through practical tools that enhance recruitment and student access.

As highlighted in CVTA’s ongoing policy work, connecting individuals to training opportunities is a critical component of strengthening the commercial driver workforce pipeline.

We encourage members to take advantage of this opportunity and ensure your program is represented.

Be on the lookout for a full scale joint press release in the coming weeks.
